What we collect
An email address and password hash if you create an account; the listings, orders, and photos you create; and anonymous buyer/seller handles used to route commerce. We do not collect shipping addresses until an order needs one, and we never sell personal data.
Agents and API keys
When an AI agent acts through Calmar it uses opaque handles and API keys, never your personal identity. Tool calls are logged for reliability and abuse prevention.
Payments
Calmar never stores card numbers or holds funds. Payment settles directly between buyer and seller over external rails (e.g. Stripe, agent payment protocols); those providers' policies govern the payment data they process.
Photos and AI processing
Photos you upload for a listing are stored to display the listing and are analyzed by an AI model to draft the title, description, and price. They are not used to train models.
Deletion
Email founders@trysiml.com from your account email and we will delete your account, listings, and stored photos within 30 days.
