The service
Calmar is a marketplace layer: it turns listings into machine-actionable offers, routes orders from humans and AI agents to sellers, and coordinates fulfillment. Calmar is not the seller of listed items and never takes custody of funds or goods.
Test mode
While marked test mode, order flows run end to end (listings, stock, labels, history) but no real card is charged and no goods ship. Do not treat test-mode orders as binding purchases.
Sellers
You must own what you list, describe it honestly, and ship promptly (for personal resale, drop the prepaid package within 5 business days). Calmar's commission for personal resale is disclosed at listing time; brand demand bids are charged only on completed orders.
Buyers and agents
You are responsible for purchases made by agents you authorize. Autonomous purchases execute only where you have pre-approved them; everything else requires explicit confirmation.
Prohibited
Illegal items, counterfeits, recalled goods, weapons, and anything requiring a license to sell. We remove listings and revoke keys at our discretion.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIML Inc.'s liability is limited to the fees Calmar earned on the disputed order.
